The study unit topics are: Aztec roles of women, Women in Mexico City in the 16th century, and the life and writing of Sor Juana Ines de la Cruz. For each, a short introduction is followed by primary documents illustrating the content points. Reflective questions and writing activities end the section. Highly recommended for the High School student.
